Kings 3d Printing team attended the 26th Wenzhou Int’l Leather Fair from July 2 to 4 and showed our printing solutions including SLA printing and SLM printing for footwear. Based on the advantages of Wenzhou's "China Shoes Capital" industrial chain, the fair is guided by market demand under the new situation, integrates upstream and downstream resources of the industry, helps participating companies connect with new business opportunities, and helps the high-quality development of the shoe leather industry.

In the fair, there are some metal printer suppliers showed their metal print sole models in pieces. While Kings team are the only one who presented metal print shoe molds , which can be directly used to produce final shoe soles. Many customers were gathering and see how it worked and felt amazed for the shoe mold textures printed by Kings 3D printers.

With delicate textures printed by Kings metal printer M450E, mold makers can save time and labor to make the textures of on the shoe molds. For some small cooling holes of the shoe molds, they can be easily printed like 0.15mm or 0.3mm and even be invisible on the final soles. Because the textures and structure details can be made in the 3D drawing. What customers need to do is to use a metal printer to print the 3D file.

Kings 3D Printing participated in the 26th China (Wenzhou) International leather/Shoe material/Shoe Machine Exhibition on July 2nd to July 4th , 2023, many visitors from different regions visited our booth and learned our SLA, SLS and SLM 3D printing technologies.
Among them, the maximum printing size of SLS 3D machine can reach 440*440*450. JS-SLA 600pro, JS-SLS P440 and JS-SLM M450E were introduced in this exhibition.
